All staff must act with integrity at all times, maintaining honest relationships with colleagues, partners, passengers and the public.
We respect the dignity of every individual regardless of origin, gender, religion or status. Discrimination and harassment are not tolerated.
Sensitive operational, commercial and personal data must be protected and never disclosed without appropriate authorisation.
Staff must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of OVIA. Any potential conflict must be declared immediately to management.
Adherence to ICAO standards, national regulations and OVIA internal procedures is mandatory. Safety is never compromised.
